DPD return shipping label – (Trades up to the value of £500 only)
Please note that the insurance cover available when using a DPD label is limited to £500, so for any trade valued over £500, please use the DPD Home Collection service outlined below.
Simply click the button below & fill in the required details. Once completed, you will receive an email from DPD with your shipping label. Please print, attach to your parcel, and take to one of DPD’s 2500+ Pickup Shops (mainland UK only).

- Drop off your parcel 7 days a week, with many shops open extended hours
- Your parcel will arrive with us in 2-3 business days
- FREE for trade-ins OVER £50 (Printer required)
- £5 for trade-ins UNDER £50 (Printer required)
- £10 for return of an order
DPD Collection from the comfort of your Home/Workplace
For trades over £500, we recommend a DPD Home Collection. If you could please confirm the below, we can arrange this for you;
- FREE for trades OVER £300 - (unlimited number of parcels)
- £10 per collection for trades UNDER £300 this will be deducted from the trade in total - (flat rate for unlimited number of parcels)
