Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order and in the same condition as when purchased.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs (Β£10 DPD label for UK orders).
Golfclubs4cash reserves the right to reduce the refund if the condition of the clubs has worsened noticeably. The purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Golfclubs4cash can withdraw the returns policy if it is used excessively by any customer.
Please note, any customisation services/work are non-refundable and would be deducted from a refund value if the item(s) are returned within the returns period.
IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY - UK
- We offer a 2-week exchange period on all second-hand products. This means you can purchase a used product take it away and try on the golf course or driving range. If you do not like this club, we can offer an exchange for a different product and same terms apply.
- When making a purchase you are agreeing to this 2-week exchange period and will not then receive any return on this product.
- The club you have purchased comes with a 6-month warranty periodwhere we can offer 3 outcomes to sort out any issues you have come across with the club.
- In the first 30 days of owning the product you the customer are entitled to a full refund on the product if you find it to be faulty or damaged.The store team can offer an exchange for the product to something similar depending on the fault/damage to the product or repair that can be on site. You can also exchange the value of the product towards something else in store if the team come to conclusion it is indeed damaged or faulty.
- Out with 30 days and up to 6 months, our store team will provide a similar process stated above with a change. We now have the full retail rights to repair, replace or exchange the damaged product first. If store employees cannot fulfil these options of repair, replace or exchange we will offer a full refund. This cannot be requested by the customers as its out with your 30-day original purchase and policy rights in retail are these are repair, replace and exchange first for a customer.
- New option for the customer that at any stage up to a 6-month period of original purchase date, you can return the faulty/damaged product to in-store credit. If you so choose this option, it leaves the value you paid in your store account and cannot be withdrawn at any point once this is completed.
- If you buy a product that is in AS New condition from us, you do not qualify for the exchange of product stated in point 1. All AS new products will need to be traded in at 15% more on trade in value on our guide. The 6-month warranty period still in affect with purchase.
NEW ITEM RETURNS POLICY
In addition to used items, we also sell brand new items, identifiable by a six-digit SKU code. If you wish to return a new item, please ensure it is in the same condition as when you received it. This means the item must be unused and undamaged.
For used items, any additional signs of use or damage will not be accepted for a return. However, if you have used the item and no longer want it, we offer a trade-in value. This trade-in value will be 15% higher than the standard trade-in value for its condition. Please note that this trade-in offer is only valid for 30 days after the purchase date.
FAULTY/ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED
Please get in touch with our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
If returned, postage cost will be covered by golfclubs4cash.
Faulty or damaged clubs must be returned in full, including any broken parts, for inspection by ourselves.
Purchase amount & delivery will be refunded to your original payment method.
We have a dedicated PGA Repairs Team on site, please check with our Customer Service Team regarding the scope of a faulty item being repaired.
ITEMS RETURNED IN DIFFERENT CONDITION THAN SOLD (Applicable to UK & ROW)
Please note that any orders returned to us that are not in the same condition as sold are subject to review and the refundable amount may vary depending on the extent of wear.
For clubs that are sold in the cellophane 'As New' condition and are subsequently returned with the cellophane removed but still in 'Excellent' condition, these items will be subject to review and a deduction in the total refundable amount.
Any previously cellophaned items returned unwrapped will be subject to a 10-15% deduction on inspection.
