Buy Now, Pay Later and Deferred Payment Credit Options

Golfclubs4cash ltd offers certain payment options through third-party providers, including Klarna, Clearpay and PayPal, where available at checkout.

Nature of the Agreement

If you choose a Buy Now, Pay Later or deferred payment option, you will enter into a separate credit agreement directly with the relevant payment provider. Golfclubs4cash Limited is not the lender, does not approve credit applications, does not carry out affordability assessments, and does not make lending decisions.

Golfclubs4cash Limited acts as a retailer and facilitator of available payment options only. Any credit agreement, repayment obligations, account management arrangements and related responsibilities are between you and the relevant payment provider.

From 15 July 2026, certain Buy Now, Pay Later products that meet the definition of Deferred Payment Credit (DPC) will be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Regulated providers are required to provide appropriate information, carry out relevant assessments and offer appropriate support where customers experience difficulties with repayment.

Eligible agreements may also benefit from additional consumer protections, including access to the Financial Ombudsman Service for eligible credit-related complaints and, where statutory requirements are met, protections under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Eligibility and Responsibility

Eligibility for any Buy Now, Pay Later or deferred payment option is determined solely by the relevant payment provider and may be subject to credit checks, identity verification, affordability assessments, status checks and other eligibility criteria.

Approval is not guaranteed. You should only enter into a credit agreement if you are confident that you can meet the required repayment schedule and understand the obligations of the agreement.

Before completing your purchase using a credit-based payment option, you will be provided with the provider’s applicable terms and conditions, pre-contract information and required disclosures. Please ensure that you review these documents carefully before entering into any agreement.

Available Providers

Klarna
Where available, Klarna payment options may include Pay Now, Pay in 3 and Pay Later products, subject to Klarna’s eligibility requirements and terms.

Clearpay
Where available, Clearpay allows eligible customers to spread the cost of purchases over instalments, subject to Clearpay’s eligibility requirements and terms.

PayPal
Where available, PayPal may offer eligible customers Pay Later products, subject to PayPal’s eligibility requirements and terms.

Returns and Refunds

If you return goods purchased using a Buy Now, Pay Later or deferred payment option, our standard Returns Policy will apply.

Our Process:
Once your return has been accepted and processed, we will notify the relevant payment provider where required. Any refund or adjustment will then be handled in accordance with the provider’s processes.

Provider Updates:
Please allow sufficient time for the payment provider to update your account balance and repayment schedule. While we aim to process returns promptly, adjustments may take several business days to appear on your payment provider account.

Your Responsibility:
Returning an item does not automatically cancel, pause or amend your payment schedule. You remain responsible for managing your credit agreement and ensuring payments are made in accordance with the provider’s terms until you receive confirmation that any required adjustments have been applied.

We recommend monitoring your account with the relevant payment provider until your refund or repayment adjustment has been confirmed.

Queries and Complaints

Product and Order Queries:
Questions or complaints relating to your purchase, goods, delivery, returns or our service should be directed to the Golfclubs4cash customer service team.

Credit Agreement Queries:
Questions or complaints relating to your credit agreement, repayments, account management, missed payments, affordability assessments or any charges applied under the agreement should be directed to the relevant payment provider.

For further information regarding your credit agreement, please refer to the terms, conditions, privacy policies and customer support information provided by Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal at the point of checkout.

Coupon Codes and Loyalty Points

Promotions requiring a coupon code or loyalty points are limited to a single redemption per customer account. Coupon codes and loyalty points cannot be combined and used together in a single transaction. - Please note the following is only an example.
Examples:

For a purchase of two items priced at £100 and £50 respectively:
Total purchase price before discount: £150
Discount amount (15% of £150): £22.50
Total purchase price after discount: £127.50
If one item priced at £50 is returned:
Total purchase price before return: £127.50
Item returned: £50
New total purchase price after return: £100
Refund amount £27.50
For a purchase of two items priced at £100 and £10 respectively:
Total purchase price before discount: £110
Discount amount (15% of £110): £16.50
Total purchase price after discount: £93.50
If one item priced at £10 is returned:
Total purchase price before return: £93.50
Item returned: £10
New total purchase price after return: £100
Refund amount £0
Multibuys when relating to selected promotions.
Add any combination of items to your basket and we'll automatically add a discount to cheapest of these items.
If you return the discounted item, the refund value will be relative to the discount given.
If you return an non-discounted item, you will be refunded the amount for that item less the value of the discounted item at the time of purchase.
For example, if your basket contains:
1 x item @ £30.00
1 x item @ £20.00
You will be eligible for a discount to the £20.00 item.
If you wish return the £30.00 item, your refund will be £30.00 less the discount value of the £20.00 item.
Free CAP Offer
By participating in this promotion, you agree to sign up for Golfclubs4cash marketing emails and text messages. To qualify for the free golf cap, you must make a purchase of a paid item.
The offer is limited to one cap per customer, and is subject to availability.
If the terms are not met, or if you cancel the order of the paid item, the free golf cap will not be provided, and your order may be cancelled. The code to receive the free cap which is to be entered at checkout will be sent to you once you have subscribed to our marketing emails & text messaging service.

Gift Cards
All gift cards are exempt from discounts. Loyalty Points are collected when a Gift Card is purchased, and not when the Gift Card is redeemed.

Competitions

Competitions may be unique in their eligibility criteria. All entrants are bound by our Terms of Service. Prizes are subject to availability.

Loyalty Points

You can earn Loyalty Points for activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. For full details see My Loyalty Points
The friend you refer cannot have the same billing address, shipping address and payment details must be different to yours.
All points will expire 12 months after your most recent order.
Loyalty Points may only be collected for and redeemed against purchases made via our website, app or stores. eBay purchases are not eligible for Loyalty Points.

Advertised prices are for pre-selected packs and cannot be altered, except where the selected grip(s) have alternate colour options at the same value.
Prices are for 14 grips and will not be discounted, except where the total basket value is less than the advertised offer.

Traders
Where we discover that a purchaser of our goods resells significant quantities, we class these customers as “Traders”. We limit “Traders” to buying items without “discounts” and exclude them from our Loyalty Scheme. Upon identification we will email the “Traders” giving them 7 days to redeem any outstanding points. “Discounts” include any promotional offers and any discount schemes that we operate with, for instance Student Beans.

Trade In IDs and Restrictions
We reserve the right to request ID for any goods being traded in. For all trade ins where the payment method is cash (Max £150 per day) then we will always request to see ID.

  • Current Driving Licence
  • Current Signed Passport
  • Bank Card / Credit Card
  • Police/Armed Services Warrant Card
  • EU National Identity Card
  • Utility Bill/Bank or Building Society Statement
    (with Address not more than 6 months old)
  • Council Tax Bill We only buy clubs off customers over the age of 18.

    We may ask for proof of age therefore requiring a current passport or driving licence.
