Coupon Codes and Loyalty Points

Promotions requiring a coupon code or loyalty points are limited to a single redemption per customer account. Coupon codes and loyalty points cannot be combined and used together in a single transaction. An order that is part refunded, when the purchase was part of a multibuy offer may result in the amounts refunded being affected by the remaining products not meeting the criteria of the offer - please note the following is only an example.

For a purchase of two items priced at £90 and £60 respectively:

Total purchase price before discount: £150
Discount amount (15% of £150): £22.50
Total purchase price after discount: £127.50

If one item priced at £60 is returned:

Total purchase price before return: £127.50
Item returned: £60
New total purchase price after return: £90
Refund amount £37.50

An offer where you receive 15% off any order over £100:

For a purchase of two items priced at £89 and £15 respectively:

Total purchase price before discount: £104
Discount amount (15% of £109): £15.60
Total purchase price after discount: £88.40
If one item priced at £15 is returned:
Total purchase price before return: £88.40
Item returned: £15
New total purchase price after return: £89
Refund amount £0

Multibuys when relating to selected promotions.

Add any combination of items to your basket and we'll automatically add a discount to cheapest of these items.
If you return the discounted item, the refund value will be relative to the discount given.
If you return an non-discounted item, you will be refunded the amount for that item less the value of the discounted item at the time of purchase.
For example, if your basket contains:
1 x item @ £30.00
1 x item @ £20.00

You will be eligible for a discount to the £20.00 item.
If you wish return the £30.00 item, your refund will be £30.00 less the discount value of the £20.00 item.

Gift Cards

All gift cards are exempt from discounts. Loyalty Points are collected when a Gift Card is purchased, and not when the Gift Card is redeemed.

Competitions

Competitions whether on our website or on our social media channels may be unique in their eligibility criteria. All entrants are bound by our Terms of Service. Prizes are subject to availability. No purchases are required.

Traders

Where we discover that a purchaser of our goods resells significant quantities, we class these customers as “Traders”. We limit “Traders” to buying items without “discounts” and exclude them from our Loyalty Scheme. Upon identification we will email the “Traders” giving them 7 days to redeem any outstanding points. “Discounts” include any promotional offers and any discount schemes that we operate with, for instance Student Beans.

Clubs with customisations may be delayed by 24hrs whilst our expert staff creates your custom club.

Q: Will there be further import charges/taxes for orders outside of the UK?

For EU orders we charge you your tax and duties at the checkout however for the rest of the world,
