  • Items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased. 
  • Purchase amount will be refunded

Simply click the button below & fill in the required details. Once completed, you will receive an email from DPD with your shipping label. Please print, attach to your parcel, and take to one of DPD’s 2500+ Pickup Shops (mainland UK only).

  • This service carries insurance cover of £50 per parcel
  • Drop off your parcel 7 days a week, with many shops open extended hours
  • Your parcel will arrive with us in 2-3 business days

£10 Cost (flat rate for unlimited number of parcels) - can be insured up to £5,000 for an additional £7. To arrange collection please contact us with the following information:

  • Preferred date – collection time will be between 9am-6pm

  • If you would like additional insurance

If you would like to send your parcel(s) independently, please post to the address below ensuring you have included your packing slip, you will receive this via email shortly after accepting your quote.
