This year, weā€™re name-dropping some big brands that you know and love, as well as a few that you may not have had the chance to get to know. This year weā€™re not just going to tell you all about our best-selling drivers, but weā€™re also going to sort them by golf brand (because we know youā€™ve all got your favourites!). So letā€™s uncover the biggest hitters of 2023 by brand, based on our total driver sales across the year. In no particular order, here we goā€¦

TAYLORMADE DRIVERS

Itā€™ll come as no surprise to you that of all the brands, used TaylorMade drivers are one of the most commonly asked about golf drivers. And this year, weā€™ve got quite the selection for you. TaylorMadeā€™s mission, established back in 1979, is - quite simply - ā€˜to create the best-performing golf products in the worldā€™. And they certainly do not disappoint.

TaylorMadeā€™s M6 is a driver thatā€™s been in hot demand all year. Offering better ball speeds than its predecessor the M4, itā€™s a stable all-rounder that suits a variety of skill levels. TaylorMadeā€™s SIM 2 Max D, with its standout draw bias feature, has been another firm favourite with our customers this year - largely because of its slice-fighting capabilities. The SIM 2 Max D is very forgiving and high-launching, fairly high-spinning, and our customers are loving its work. Just some of the reasons why the SIM 2 topped our 2022 list of most popular drivers!

Weā€™re not done with TaylorMade yet, because another of our best-selling drivers hails from the same brand. A list of our most popular drivers simply wouldnā€™t be complete without mention of the TaylorMade Stealth driver. This hugely impressive all-rounder stands up well against the SIM and SIM 2, and delivering strong ball flight (especially in wind) and striking looks, itā€™s one of the most eye-catching drivers on the course.

PING DRIVERS

PING has performed very well when it comes to drivers this year, with more and more customers coming to us looking to get their hands on the PING driver of their dreams. First up, the enduring PING G10 driver takes some beating. With an increased MOI, this is a driver that delivers distance and forgiveness in equal measures. Not to be outdone, the PING G425 Max Driver is a strong contender, commonly regarded as one of the most consistent and easiest-to-hit drivers available on the market.

Finally, the PING G410 SFT Driver has also been on many of our customersā€™ wish lists this year. With a fixed weight for a consistently straight ball flight, a high MOI and fast ball speed, itā€™s easy to see why this is such a continuous hit with our customers.

CALLAWAY DRIVERS

Callaway has put in a very strong performance this year when it comes to drivers, with four of its best-known models making an appearance in our best-sellers list. It was a brand that featured highly on our 2022 list of most popular drivers, with the Callaway Mavrik coming in at number five, and the Epic Speed Driver peaking at number two.

Weā€™re pleased to say that both models have maintained their status as some of our best-selling drivers of 2023, but theyā€™ve got stiff competition from the Callaway Rogue ST Max driver which has been in high demand throughout 2023. Weā€™ve also noticed a spike in customers looking for the 2016 Callaway XR Pro 16 driver, too.

SRIXON DRIVERS

A list of 2023ā€™s best-selling drivers wouldnā€™t be complete without mention of Srixon. Itā€™s a brand that doesnā€™t always get the recognition that it deserves, but always in high demand, Srixon drivers are doing their best to get the brand noticed. And letā€™s face it, if itā€™s good enough for the likes of Shane Lowry, Hideki Matsuyama and Brooks Koepka, then itā€™s certainly good enough for us. The Srixon Z 565 has sold very well this year, as has the Srixon ZX5 driver.

Customers are also loving the Srixon ZX-7 driver - theyā€™re literally flying off the shelves right now. With great speed and accuracy, itā€™s an impressive club, and while it may not be the cheapest Srixon driver on the market, it offers extremely good value when compared to many of the leading brandsā€™ top drivers.

COBRA GOLF

Next up, itā€™s time to shine the spotlight on Cobra Golf. Letā€™s take a closer look at the range of Cobra drivers to see which are the most popular models of 2023. The Cobra King F8 driver takes some beating, as does the Cobra LTDx Max. But the Cobra King Radspeed is still leading the field. The Radspeed gives longer carries than older versions. Featuring a moveable weight, extra forgiveness and a lower spin, itā€™s a fantastic mid-ranger choice that suits golfers of all abilities.

TITLEIST DRIVERS

Well, if there is a big name in drivers thatā€™s been conspicuous by its absence so far in our list of best-selling drivers in 2023, then it has to be Titleist.

You can rely on a Titleist driver to get you off the tee in style, and this year itā€™s all about the TSR family. The Titleist TSR2 has been in constant demand this year with its sleek looks and forgiveness in spades. Delivering fast ball speeds, consistency and distance, the impressive 460cc clubhead is a force to be reckoned with. The Titleist TSR3 driver follows close behind, with its premium looks and powerful performance, as does the stunning Titleist TSR1 with its effortless swing and high-launching drive.

Then of course we have the adjustable, titanium-made Titleist 917 D2 driver, which was a firm favourite in 2022, coming in at number seven on our list. This year it hangs onto its title, and its popularity is showing no signs of slowing.

So thatā€™s all the big brands covered, but as usual there are always a few lesser-known brands that are holding their own against the big boys when it comes to best-selling golf drivers. Wilsonā€™s Staff D9 driver is one that weā€™re often being asked for, along with the PXG Gen4 driver (both the 0811 and the 0311). And Mizuno gets a look in too, with the Mizuno ST-Z 220 being its most commonly bought driver in 2023.
