WEEE Recycling and Packaging
Best Practices

We make sure that we adhere to all regulations to protect our planet
and encourage you to do your bit too.

What we do to be a responsible business and keep our world healthy.

Any e-Commerce business creates waste, and we are proud of our environmental behaviours. Firstly, we prevent hundreds of thousands of clubs from going to landfill every year but how we get the goods to you is important, so we never use plastic in our packaging. Even the tape we use to seal our boxes is environmentally friendly. Here are a few of the initiatives we partake in.

Packaging

We pay into the UK's EPR (Extended Producer's Responsibility Scheme) where we pay into a scheme which contributes towards the costs of your local waste collectors to recycle our packaging. Our membership number is RM12350 and we use Valpak to verify our data.

We also pay into the European schemes we are required to do so. In Germany our Lucid registration number is DE4654098197971 and we use Lizenzero to verify our data. We would encourage you to ensure any packaging waste from the orders you make with us is disposed of responsibly.

Electronic Waste

In the UK we are compliant under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations. This is a scheme that enforces retailers and e-Commerce businesses to ensure they are in a scheme to take back any of your used electronic equipment for recycling.

Although a small part of our business we do this through the Valpak Scheme where we pay so that your local councils can take your used products and process them. Our DTS Registration ID is 700525. You can find out your local take back centre at www.recycle-more.co.uk.
