What’s In the Bag: Nelly Korda
In December 2022, the PGA Tour Champions travelled to Orlando, Florida for the PNC Championship. With a mega prize of £1,085,000, there was everything to play for, and the excitement was palpable as golf fans from across the world gathered at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club to watch events unfold.
American-born Nelly Korda is an LPGA Tour golf professional and a big hitter on the leaderboards, having recently won the 2021 Women’s PGA Championship and the 2022 British Open. She’s also bagged an Olympic gold medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo for women’s individual golf, and she’s currently ranking in first place on the Women’s World Golf Rankings.

For her irons from 5 through to pitching wedge, Korda chose a set of Titleist T100 irons.
Wedge: Titleist Vokey Design SM9
Korda’s wedge of choice was the Titleist Vokey Design SM9 for precise contact, lower spin and higher height.
Putter: Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport 2
To complete her club line-up, Korda plays with a Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport 2 putter for those all-important precision shots.
